Every piece is **made-to-order** through our fulfillment partner. We don’t run warehouses or sit on inventory — what you order is printed and stitched just for you. That means we handle returns differently than big-box retail.

## 1) Defects / Wrong Item  
If your order shows up **damaged, misprinted, or incorrect**, email us within **7 days of delivery**:  
- Order number  
- Photos of the item + packaging  

We’ll replace it or refund it — our call, but always fair. Return shipping is on us if approved.

## 2) Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defect)  
We **do not accept returns or exchanges** for:  
- Wrong size/fit  
- Buyer’s remorse  
- Minor print/color variations (±5% tolerance)  

⚡ Pro tip: **check the size chart before ordering**.

## 3) Cancellations / Changes  
- You’ve got **2 hours** after checkout to cancel or edit.  
- Once production kicks in, no guarantees.

## 4) Address Issues  
If your order bounces back because of a wrong address, we’ll reship once corrected. **Extra shipping may apply.**

## 5) Lost / Stolen Packages  
If tracking says **Delivered** but you don’t see it:  
- Check with neighbors + household  
- Wait 72 hours (carriers sometimes jump the gun)  
- Reach out, we’ll help file a claim  

We cannot guarantee replacement/refund once a package is confirmed delivered.

## 6) Refund Timing  
Refunds hit your **original payment method**. Your bank may take **5–10 business days** to post it.

The following items are **non-refundable** except as required by law:  
- Final-sale items  
- Gift cards
