All products are **made-to-order** through our fulfillment partner Appliq and shipped directly to you. Please review the details below before placing your order.

## 1) Production Time
- Orders are produced on demand.  
- Typical production time: **2–7 business days** (up to 10 during peak seasons).  

## 2) Delivery Estimates
- **USA:** 3–7 business days after production  
- **International:** Varies by region and customs  
- Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.  

## 3) Split Shipments
Orders may ship separately for faster delivery. You’ll receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.  

## 4) Shipping Costs
- Calculated and shown at checkout.  
- Promotional **free shipping** may apply when offered.  

## 5) Customs & Duties
- International customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees.  

## 6) Address Changes
- Contact us **before shipment** if you need to correct an address.  
- Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.  

## 7) Delivery Issues
- **Marked Delivered but Missing:** Wait 72 hours, then contact us.  
- **Returned to Sender:** Orders may be reshipped once we have your updated address; **additional shipping charges** may apply.  

## 8) Holiday Delays
During holidays or high-demand seasons, production and shipping may take longer. We’ll notify you if there are significant delays.
